Found blown pcm fuse. Replaced fuse and cleared codes. P0400 egr flow is the only code that returned. Removed egr valve and inspected for carbon build up, found egr passage into intake intake manifold was completely plugged, cleaned passage way and cleared codes again, none have returned on test drive.
