- Tech Tested Starter – Okay. Test Ignition Relay – Okay. Checked Voltage at All Fuses Found Fuses: B, 26,21,28,27,19,29 Only Have Three Volts (Vital Systems). Tech Accessed Rear Of Fuse Block and Located 7-Way Splice for Circuit 15 (3.0) Volts. Next Step Is To Access Ignition Switch Wiring and Test Inputs and Outputs. Requires More Diagnostic Time.
- Technician Removed Ignition Switch (Electrical Portion, Not Cylinder), Opened Switch and Cleaned, Applied Dielectric Grease To The Terminals and Re-installed. Switch Operates Correctly At This Time and Has Proper Voltage Flowing Through It At This Time (Battery Voltage).
